Shipping (PLEASE READ)

Hi everyone!! Unfortunately I am currently unable to send tracked packages at this time.
All orders will be sent via LETTER MAIL.

FOR USA CUSTOMERS

The US's new import rules means that a flat import fee may apply to some packages. To my knowledge, this flat import fee does not impact letter mail. In most cases, you will be required to pay a maximum of 30% of the value of the item, which in this case will just be a dollar or two. However, in the odd case where you are asked to pay the $80 duty fee, please do not feel obligated to accept the package!! You may decline it and in this case I will refund your order. Please make sure to take photos and videos if this does occur, as I am unable to refund without proof. Thank you so much for your understanding!!

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Orders will be shipped May 21 or 22.

If you are ordering one of the out of stock sticker sheets, please allow for an extra 2 weeks for the refill batch to arrive. I will send them as soon as possible! Thank you for your understanding!

GENERAL INFORMATION

Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Please allow for 2-5 weeks for orders to arrive for international mail. All mail is sent without tracking. Once the package is mailed out, I no longer have control over the package.

All sales are final. But if your package arrives damaged in any way, please contact me and provide photo evidence. I'll try my best to replace the item as long I still the product on my hand. However, please note that since these are leftover sales, replacing your item may not be possible. If your package does arrived damaged and photo evidence is provided and I am unable to ship replacements to you, I'd be happy to refund 80% of the cost of the damaged item to you. Please note that this does not apply to b-grade items.

If your package has been lost in transit, unfortunately I cannot provide any replacements or refunds as it is out of my control after I send it off to the post office. I apologize for the inconvenience and trouble.
